  2. Take a spring roll wrapper, place a spoonful of the vegetable mixture, and roll tightly, sealing the edges with water.

  • Ingredients: 400g tofu, 200g ground pork (or beef), 2 tablespoons doubanjiang (spicy bean paste), 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and green onions for garnish.

Instructions:

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground meat over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add doubanjiang and soy sauce, cooking for another minute.
