  • 500g lamb shoulder, cut into chunks
  • 300g daikon radish, sliced
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 slices ginger
  • 2-3 spring onions, cut into chunks

Instructions:

  1. In a pot, add lamb chunks, ginger, and water. Bring to a boil and skim off any foam.
  2. Add the radish and spring onions, and reduce the heat to a simmer.

  • 300g ground lamb
  • 1 cup chopped napa cabbage
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions:
